Exchange Policy

We do not offer refund or exchange for all our items except rings without laser engraved of names/text.

Exchange Timeline:

• The item(s) will have to reach us within 14 days from date you receive your order.
• Contact us at info@couplelab.com.sg for exchange required.

Terms of Exchange:

• They must be in original condition.
• Unwashed and unworn.
• In original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

• The exchange is one-time.
• The exchange is free of charge. We need you to bear the return and shipping postages.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We reserve the right to reject item(s) received not in original condition, such as damaged, washed, worn out, altered or stained.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any engraved products.
• Engraving accuracy such as font sizing will be decided by our professional laser technician unless requested to us when placing order.

How soon will I get my exchange?:

• Once your parcel is received and inspected, we will notify you if your item is eligible for an exchange.
• Your exchange will then be processed or returned.
• Exchange time usually take within 3 working days.

Return Policy

• If your item arrives is damaged or incorrectly designed, please let us know immediately and we will replace you soon.
• Damage or incorrect item must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We reserve the right to reject item(s) received not in original condition, such as damaged, washed, worn out, altered or stained.
