Called Adel the first time 2 weeks back about laser engraving service and she gave me details very quickly. Went to their PS outlet and service by Alvin was superb. Ended up engraving 4 pieces of jewelry and 2 watches. Went again today and once again, Alvin did a great job. He is pleasant, friendly and did a immensely high quality job. Thanks Coupelab. Multiple time buying rings and necklaces here, for a gift and it has been a pleasant experience so far. Both walk ins and online experience was easy, comfortable and very convenient. For the walk in, the staffs were really helpful, friendly and patience throughout the whole process. For online, it was user friendly, texted the example of the artwork through whatsapp to confirm our liking and once agreed, it was made within a day itself. All in all, a really good service for accessories and would definitely come again 👍

I bought a couple ring for my partner and I . It looked beautiful on picture , and both the rings looks much more beautiful in real ❤️ I had choose the ring size wrongly and a kind soul chatted with me and guided me to choosing the right size, I was lucky because if I had bought the size that I had chose my partner wouldn’t be able to wear his ring . Plus she was very thoughtful to deliver it to where I was instead of the address given as she was around the area eventhough I opt for smart pac delivery which will be delivered 3-5 working days but I got it after the day I put in my order . I am very specific about the jewelry I wear, most of the time I have to get it custom made - but it is very difficult to find someone who can get it done in surgical steel. Never had steel jewelry until I came to this store. It's pretty cool they could laser literally anything you want on it. It's inexpensive for the workmanship. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'd recommend steel rings for durability. The Keychains I made came out really well. The image was dark but I'm guessing over time it would lighten up.

Got a pair of rings with laser engraving for memorial keepsake, simple and decent enough, as close as how I wanted it to be. The sale’s staffs helpfulness and patience was highly commendable. Appreciate their service. First time but highly recommended if you want to get affordable durable steel rings. Whatsapp replies were also speedy if you have any queries.
