Artwork Policy

• Item that requires artwork will be sent to our customers within 2 working days for approval upon receiving orders.
• Artwork will be prepared with chosen font by customers.
• A maximum of 2 major changes and 1 fine tuning can be done to the artwork only.

Use of Ring sizer:

We provide a ring sizer free of charge for our customers who have made a purchase but are unsure of their ring sizes.

• We need you to bear for the registered postage (smartpac) of $3.20 only and will post out on next working day.
• All available ring sizes are indicated on the product page.
• In the event if a size required is not available, you can opt for another design which carries the required size.
